Adjustable Salmon Board with Bracket
With this salmon board you can prepare the Finnish speciality by yourself at home and enjoy tender, soft fish with a delicious smokey aroma. Fix the salmon fillet onto the grill board with the fish bracket; the screw clip holds it in place without moving. With the help of the bracket, the grill board can be attached to a firebowl or a grill. The bracket is adjustable in 5 places, to ensure thorough heat regulation.
Please note: Rub the beech board with cooking oul before the first use. Soaking is only necessary if a distance of approx. 20 cm between the fish and the flames cannot be maintained.
