Fish Smoking Board with Bracket
Welcome a change in the way you grill with this 2 set of fish grilling boards. The untreated wooden board is made from cedar wood, which allows you to prepare fillets the traditional way. Fix the seasoned fish to the grill board with the stainless steel clamps. You can also fix the grill board to the side of a barbecue or fire pit with the bracket. The bracket can be inclined to 5 levels, to ensure the perfect distance to the heat source. As soon as protein emerges from the fillet, the salmon is ready to eat.Please note: Rub the untreated wooden board with cooking oil before the first use. Soaking is only necessary if a distance of approx. 20 cm between the fish and the flames cannot be maintained.
