Instructions for Use
- For cold application: Place in the fridge or freezer (up to -18°C) for approximately 2 hours before use.
- For warm application: Heat in microwave (600-800W) for approximately 15 seconds before use.
- Do not place a hot or frozen mask directly on the skin (use the cloth side).
