Since our items are already in stock for you and are delivered within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment within Europe, we do not offer express shipping. Our parcels are delivered by DHL or dpd. You will find out which service provider will bring your order to your home in the e-mail with your shipping confirmation as soon as the products are on their way.

Is it possible to send my order to a post office or Packstation?

Yes, this is possible. However, you can usually only have parcels sent to a Packstation if you have a DHL customer number. You should give this number when you place your order.

How do I return my article?

Please always state your order number. If we cover the return costs, you will then receive a return label from our support team. You will receive an email from us as soon as your return has been received and is being processed.
