Oven Broiler Pan
The perfect & tasty meat dish requires the correct roasting pan. This roaster comes with a glass lid, which can also be used as a casserole dish for vegetable and pasta dishes. The non-stick coating makes cleaning the roasting dish easier and requires you do use little to no fats at all. The aluminium alloy broiler pan can be used in the oven or on the stovetop (not induction).
