For pizza dough you will need:
  • 450 g flour
  • 250 ml tepid water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 serving dry yeast
Put the flour and salt in a mixing bowl and mix the other ingredients well with a fork in a measuring container. All of this is then also put into the mixing bowl, where you knead the dough thoroughly. Let it sit for an hour (or follow our tip and double the rising time for the perfect pizza dough).Roll the dough out into a round on a baking tray and add any toppings you like. My personal favourite is a simple but delicious pizza with tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil. However, it is best to add the basil to the pizza after baking. The homemade pizza is best baked for 8-15 minutes at 220-250°C top/bottom heat. Depending on the oven and how thick the dough is, you can also bake it at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Check out our other blog post with pizza baking tips again. Enjoy preparing and topping. And most importantly: Bon appétit!
