Since our items are already in stock for you and are delivered within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment within Europe, we do not offer express shipping. Our parcels are delivered by DHL or dpd. Is it possible to send my order to a post office or Packstation?

Yes, this is possible. However, you can usually only have parcels sent to a Packstation if you have a DHL customer number. You should give this number when you place your order.

How do I return my article?

If you would like to send your purchased items back, please get in touch with our customer service. You can either send an e-mail to support@relaxdays.de or use our contact form. Please always state your order number. If we cover the return costs, you will then receive a return label from our support team. You will receive an email from us as soon as your return has been received and is being processed.
