That's why you can consider yourself lucky if you have your own balcony or terrace - just like our colleague Elli. Because here you can conjure up your own green paradise and should make full use of its potential. For this, we made ourselves comfortable on Elli's balcony and brought out our best items. Boho style for your balcony
Elli has just moved in. She is looking forward to summer and loves being out in the fresh air. On her balcony, however, there is so far only a table with chairs and nothing else. That's why today we are going to decorate and furnish the balcony with Relaxdays products. For this, we want to go with the boho style. It conveys informality and freedom, which is expressed by natural materials such as jute, wood or cotton, but also bright colours. Boho style also relies a lot on textiles like cushions, rugs and anything with fringes. To spread the boho style on Elli's terrace, we started by adding a great jute runner to the floor. The whole balcony immediately glowed in a different light. We gave the chairs a bright touch with red cushions. Our wooden flower stools provide that certain touch of nature. To make your oasis on the balcony perfect, plants and flowers are an absolute must. Between the table, chairs and decorations, however, it sometimes becomes quite difficult to find any real space. That's why we decided on a practical raised bed for Elli's balcony on the one hand and combine the decoration with plants on the other. For example, two magnificent plants fit perfectly on the wooden stools. You can also use windowsills. Elli's balcony also has a fairly large windowsill facing outwards that can hold plants. This way, no space remains unused. But the heart of urban gardening on Elli's balcony is and remains the raised bed. Here you can easily grow your herbs or vegetables. There is also a practical compartment under the raised bed where you can store garden accessories such as a watering can or tools. Thanks to the mix of rugs, plants, raised beds and decorations such as watering cans or flower stands, Elli's balcony now shines in a whole new light and has become a green spot to linger and relax.
