-
What you’ll need:
- Blender or food processor (alternatively, you can use a hand mixer or immersion blender)
- Freezer-safe container
- Spatula
-
Ingredients:
- 500g Greek yogurt
- 3-4 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 200g fresh fruit of your choice (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, blueberries)
-
Instructions
- Prep the fruit: Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. If using berries, you can leave them whole.
- Blend: In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and chopped fruit. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you don't have a blender, you can use a hand mixer or immersion blender to mix the ingredients until smooth.
- Taste test: Give the mixture a quick taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
- Chill: Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Freeze: Place the container in the freezer and let it set for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
- Serve: Once the frozen yogurt is set, scoop it into bowls or cones, and enjoy! You can top it with additional fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey if desired.
- Store: Any leftovers can be stored in the freezer for up to a week. Just remember to let it soften slightly at room temperature before serving again.

Tips & tricks
- Experiment with different fruit combinations to create unique flavours. Some ideas include raspberry and lemon zest, peach and basil, or pineapple and coconut.
- For an extra creamy texture, try using full-fat Greek yogurt.
- If you prefer a sweeter frozen yogurt, you can add a splash of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of powdered sugar to the mixture.
- Don't have fresh fruit on hand? Frozen fruit works just as well! Just make sure to thaw it slightly before blending.
