Instructions for Use
- For cold application: place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use
- For warm application: heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 2.5 minutes or in the microwave (800 W) for 3.5 minutes before use
- Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns
- Use on children only under adult supervision
- Do not use compress for longer than 20 minutes
- Never use a damaged compress
