This versatile gel compress is suitable for both cold and warm application and is an essential for any medicine cabinet. Use the cooling pad for cold treatment to help relieve acute pain from sprains and bruises. Warm up the compress for heat therapy to promote circulation and relieve tension and help with period, abdominal and back pain. Instructions for Use
- For cold application: place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use
- For warm application: heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 2.5 minutes or in the microwave (800 W) for 3.5 minutes before use
- Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns
- Use on children only under adult supervision
- Do not use compress for longer than 20 minutes
- Never use a damaged compress
