Cold Compresses for Migraines & Wisdom Teeth
With these compresses, you can effectively help relieve head, jaw or tooth pain. Depending on your needs, the gel packs can be cooled in the freezer or heated in the microwave or a water bath. Use as a cooling mask to help with migraines or after wisdom tooth removal. Warm up the gel packs to provide relief for a tense jaw. Thanks to the hook and loop fastener, the cooling pads can be fixed securely.Head Compresses For Pain Relief

Instructions for Use
- For cold application: place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use
- For warm application: heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 3 minutes or in the microwave (800 W) for 45 seconds before use
- Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns
- Use on children only under adult supervision
- Do not use compress for longer than 20 minutes
- Never use a damaged compress
